Annie has specialized in Operations Management in the manufacturing, health care, and technology industries for over twenty years. She has extensive management, organizational, and mentoring experience from business start-ups to corporate acquisitions. Her roles have included Corporate Fleet Manager for North America, Director of Account Management and Human Resources, and Vice President of Operations. Annie has played key roles in account and project management, strategic business alliances and partnerships, and customer service. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Administration and Management. She and her husband, Mark, enjoy snowmobiling and boating with their family, and Annie is an avid horseback rider.

Hev is a proven leader in educational sales, training and development, and operations with a niche expertise in call center management. He is self-motivated and methodical and is passionate and dedicated in helping others become better. His motto is, “If you just give 120% effort, you will always be ahead.” Prior to joining BinglePay, Hev was Senior Consultant for a privately-owned school where he led the business development unit and restructured the call center. He increased their student enrollment 180% in just three months by the addition of a new script. He was also instrumental in increasing the Strayer Global Operations Call Center from five employees to over 100 employees. Hev was also the founder of EdifyConnect Service with direct experience in recruiting and hiring educators to teach abroad. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration. His interests outside of enjoying activities his wife and four boys are mountain biking, hiking, camping, paintball, tennis, and golf … anything that is fun and creates memories.
